Shipping policy

We offer shipping through USPS on all domestic orders! All orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. Below are the different shipping methods that we offer at checkout. Please note that shipping timelines are not guaranteed by USPS. Tracking will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

• USPS Retail Ground (usually arrives in 3-8 business days)
• Priority Shipping (usually arrives in 2-5 business days)

International Shipping

Hello, international furry friends — we will gladly ship to you! We offer worldwide shipping through USPS. Orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. Rates are based on your package’s weight and location which will be calculated prior to payment at checkout. Tracking will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped, however, once your package leaves the U.S. it is handled by local carriers in each country. Please note that any required customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged parcels
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look into making a claim with the carrier.
