Refund policy

Returns & Refunds: 

 

You have 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive them. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. All tags still attached. 

Disclaimer: All packaging, hang tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned without packaging or tags, will not be refunded. You will receive an email to advise of this, at which time we can organize to return the items to you at your cost.

Our Return Process: 

Please package your return item with a note of order number, name, and address, please ensure all returns are unworn, unwashed and free from pet hair to the return address on your parcel packaging.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers until you receive a confirmation of a refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.

Once we receive your order and is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges: 

We want to make sure our Pup Shop is right for your sweet companion. We will gladly accept exchanges of unused merchandise within 5 days of your received product. Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless the product is defective. If you're interested in making an exchange you can do so by sending your product back to us with your order number and note of exchange.  We will process all exchange/returns within 2-5 business days from receiving your package. Markdown items will only be returned for store credit.
